*Ursula Nanette Rudisill, age 36, of Wells Drive in Forest City, reported an incident of damage to property.
*Treona Max Champion, age 58, of Knollwood Drive in Forest City, reported an incident of breaking and entering and larceny.
*Richard Timothy Knowles, age 42, of East Spruce Street in Forest City, reported an incident of breaking and entering and larceny of medication.

*Trina Brewer Bailey, age 58, of Powerline Street in Forest City, was issued a citation for resist obstruct and delay.
*Reba Jean Robbins, age 49, of Harris Henrietta Road in Forest City, was issued a citation for shoplifting.
