*A Forest City Police Officer reported an incident of simple affray that occurred at Amity Apartments. (See arrests of Brown, Lowrance, Goode and Goode)
*Ja’Quan Jones, of Lake Street in Forest City, reported an incident of larceny.
*A Forest City Police Officer reported an incident of assault with a deadly weapon. The incident occurred on Florence Street.
*John Flack, of McCall Drive in Forest City, reported an incident of larceny of a vehicle and breaking and entering a vehicle. The vehicle stolen is described as a white 2004 Dodge Durango with a Carolina Tarheel tag on the front and a North Carolina Tag of L955SM. *William Collins, of McCall Drive in Forest City, reported an incident of breaking and entering a vehicle and larceny.
*An employee of the ABC store, located on Oak Street in Forest City, reported an incident of larceny.
*Alba Salamanca, of Old Castle Lane in Forest City, reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses.
*An employee of Belk’s, located on Highway 74-A in Forest City, reported an incident of damage to property.
*An employee of Farmer’s Furniture, located on West Main Street in Forest City, reported an incident of damage to property.
*Shelly Miller, of Cliffside Street in Forest City, reported an incident of assault on a female. The incident occurred on South Broadway.
*Douglas Lail, of Bostic/Sunshine Highway in Bostic, reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses.
*James Gold, of West Stage Coach Trail in Shelby, reported an incident of a lost/stolen wallet. The incident occurred at Ingles Gas House on South Church Street.
| Arrests
*Sharon Lynette Goode, age 41,of Amity Drive in Forest City, was arrested for simple affray. She was given a $500.00 secured bond.
*Delarrio Laquone Goode, age 23, of Elms Drive in Forest City was arrested for simple affray and resist, obstruct and delay an officer. He was given a $5,000.00 secured bond.
*Troy Lovette Brown , age 27, of Mount Pleasant Church Road in Forest City, was arrested for simple affray. He was given a $500.00 secured bond.
*Denise Lowrance, age 45, of Mercury Street in Forest City, was arrested for simple affray. She was given a $500.00 secured bond.
