Incidents
*Norris Ylander Bailey, age 77, of Old Gilbert Town Road in Rutherfordton, reported an incident of a lost or stolen wallet.
*Jeanette Katheryne Detetta, age 38, of Young Street in Forest City, reported an incident of assault on a female and damage to property. (See arrest of Jenkins)
*James Clay, Jr., age 51, of McCall Drive in Forest City, reported an incident of breaking and entering to a motor vehicle and larceny.
| Arrests
*James Tyler McGinnis, age 17, of Old Highway 74 in Bostic, was issued a citation for simple possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
*Charles Casey Jenkins, age 27, of Poors Ford Road in Rutherfordton, was arrested for domestic assault on a female and injury to real property. He is being held on a 48 hour hold.
*Amber Dawn Bridges, age 24, of Garden Street in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for second degree trespass.
