*An incident of suspicious mail was reported by an employee of Food Lion, located on South Broadway Street in Forest City.
*Leo Schmitz, of West Main Street in Forest City, reported an incident of larceny.
*Lisa Wilkins, of US Highway 221 South in Forest City, reported an incident of larceny and check fraud.
*An employee of Ingles, located on South Church Street in Forest City, reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretense.
*An employee of Wal-Mart, located on Plaza Drive in Forest City, reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretense.
*An employee of Cleghorn Plantation reported an incident of obtain property by false pretense. The incident occurred at Wal-Mart.
*An employee of Cedar Village Mobile Homes, located on West Main Street in Forest City, reported an incident of breaking and entering and larceny.
*Phyllis Blanton, of Sycamore Street in Forest City, reported an incident of assault on a female. (See arrest Godfrey)
| Arrests
*Barry Dean Godfrey, age 53, of Sycamore Street Forest City, was arrested for assault on a female. He was given a 48 hour hold.
*Dustin Aaron Alley, age 20, of Coney Island Road in Rutherfordton, was arrested and served on a warrant for indecent liberties with a child. He was given a $5000.00 secured bond.
