*An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported a sexual assault the occurred on West Main Street in Forest City.
*An employee of Wal-Mart, located on Plaza Drive in Forest City, reported an incident of larceny.

*Naomi Finch Cash, age 26, of Chadwick Square Court in Hendersonville, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, consuming malt beverage while driving, failing to stop for a stop sign, and failure to stop for a stop light. Her bond was set at $500.00 unsecured.
*Alfredo Escalera, age 19, of Mountain View Street in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. His bond was set at $500.00 secured.
*Elsiha Martina Melton, age 36, of Whitesides Road in Rutherfordton, was cited for second degree trespass at Wal-Mart.
*Marcus Lee Moore, age 21, of Wilkins Street in Forest City, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, driving while license revoked and fictitious tag.
*Angelica Dawn Nanny, age 17, of Old Caroleen Road, was issued a citation for underage consumption of an alcoholic beverage.
*Lee Roy Greene, age 22, of Poors Ford Road in Rutherfordton, was arrested for resist, obstruct, and delay. His bond was set at $5,000.00 secured.
*Lisa Laura Nicole Greene, age 24, of Old Caroleen Road in Forest City, was arrested for two counts of resist, obstruct and delay. Her bond was set at $500.00 unsecured.
*Robbie Carson Praytor, age 21, of Chatham Avenue in Rutherfordton, was issued a citation for resist, obstruct and delay.
*Donna Michelle Praytor, age 23, of Josie Drive in Forest City was issued a citation for resist, obstruct and delay.
*Angelica Dawn Nanney, age 17, of Old Caroleen Road in Forest City was issued a citation for resist, obstruct and delay.
*Lee Roy Greene, age 22, of Old Caroleen Road in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failing to pay child support. He received a $1,500.00 secured bond.
