*Ryan Kuhl, of Arlington Street in Forest City, was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was issued a citation and released.
*Chad Tesseneer, of Hardin Road in Forest City, was arrested for simple assault. He received a $500.00 secure bond.
