*Larry Jackson, age 49, of West Spruce Street in Forest City was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.
*Timothy Hamrick, age 39, of Cantrell Farm Road in Rutherfordton was arrested for second degree trespass. He was given a written promise to appear.
*Cherie McAninca, age 32, of Arlington Street in Forest City was arrested for breach of peace and assault on a government official. She received a $4,000.00 secured bond.
