*Samuel Ray Davis, age 44, of Seitz Drive in Forest City was arrested and served on a true bill of indictment. He is being held without bond.
*David Jamar Crutchfield, age 26, of Midland Trail in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky was arrested on a warrant for hit and run. He received a $300.00 secured bond.
*Donte Deion Laney, age 20, of Oakridge Drive in Forest City was arrested for injury to real property and resisting a public officer. He received a $1,500.00 unsecured bond.
