*An employee of the Town of Forest City reported an incident of larceny of utilities and damage to property. The incident occurred on Big Springs Avenue.
*William Curtis, of Arlington Street in Forest City, reported an incident of damage to property and larceny. The incident occurred on Cemetery Street in Forest City.
*An employee of Darrell’s Auto, located on South Broadway Street in Forest City, reported an incident of damage to property.
*An employee of Drop In #2, located on East Main Street in Forest City, reported an incident of larceny.

*Roger Ryan Swink, age 18, of Bostic/Sunshine Highway in Bostic was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
*Daniel Packer, age 17, of Race Path Church Road in Mooresboro was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
*Leander Morris, age 32, of Double L Lane in Forest City was arrested on warrants for breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering. His bond was set at $30,000.00 secured.
*Mario Alfonzo Vargas, age 39, of Wells Springs Road in Forest City was cited for possession of marijuana. He received a written promise to appear.
