*An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of breaking and entering and damage to property. The incident occurred on Gypsy Street in Forest City.
*Nathan Nodine, of West Main Street in Forest City, reported an incident of simple assault. (See arrest of Day)
*Eric Truempy, of Groce Street in Forest City, reported an incident of larceny and injury to real property. The incident occurred on Baynard Street in Forest City.

*Johnny Ray Owens, age 50, of Groce Street in Forest City was arrested for 2nd degree trespassing. His bond was set at $500.00 secured.
*Thomas Day, age 36, of West Main Street in Forest City was arrested and charged with simple assault. His bond was set at $1,000.00 secured.
*Lewis Samuel Clark, Jr., age 37, of Summey Street in Forest City was arrested for breaking and entering and larceny. His bond was set at $30,000.00 secured.
*Tammy Bryant, age 46, of Florence Street in Forest City was arrested on warrants for obtaining property by false pretenses. Her bond was set at $10,000.00 unsecured.
