*Yvonne Surratt, of Popular Street in Forest City, reported a lost or stolen license plate.
*Casey Rhodes, of Harmon Street in Forest City, reported an assault. (See arrest of Rhodes)
*Yvonne Owens reported finding a license plate belonging to a subject from Marion.
*An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of shoplifting. (See arrests of Lovelace and Searcy)
| Arrests
*Emily Lovelace, of Warren Street in Shelby, was arrested for shoplifting at Wal-Mart. She was issued a citation and released at the scene.
*Erika Brook Searcy, of Dulcie Drive in Rutherfordton, was arrested for shoplifting. She was issued a citation and released at the scene.
*Mario Bell, of Mountain View Street in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for misdemeanor larceny. He was released on a written promise to appear.
*Phillip Rhodes, of Harmon Street in Forest City, was arrested for assault on a female. He was placed under a 48 hours hold.
*Brian Surratt, of West Main Street in Forest City, was arrested for resist, obstruct and delay. He received a $500.00 unsecure bond.
