Incidents
*An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of damage to property that occurred on West Main Street in Forest City.
*Conie Spicer Foster, of East Spruce Street in Forest City, reported an incident of identity theft.
| Arrests
*Roy Steven Buff, age 19, of Willow Run Drive in Forest City was arrested on warrants for assault and battery. His bond was $1,000.00 secured.
*Johnny Terrell Hughes, age 29, of Willow Run Drive in Forest City was served with a criminal summons for failure to pay monies.
*Jeffery Kenneth Adorante, age 54, of Candler, NC was arrested on a warrant for felony larceny. His bond was set at $15,000.00 secured.
*Francisco Angel Ibarra, age 29, of Beaver Street in Forest City was arrested for assault on a female. He was issued a 48 hour hold by the magistrate.
*Timoth David Walker, age 38, of Sunny Side Street in Forest City was arrested on a true bill of indictment for possession of a stolen motorvehicle. His bond was set at $5,000.00 secured.
*Joy Ray Greene, age 28, of West Church Street in Bostic was arrested for driving while license revoked and violation of limited driving privelege. His bond was set at $1,500.00 secured.
