Incidents
*Quinton Jackson, of Seitz Drive in Forest City, reported an incident of armed robbery, larceny from a person and assault by pointing a gun. The incident occurred on Weather’s Street in Forest City at around 3:00 a.m. on 11-10-2009.
*Kenneth Jobe, of Wizards Way in Columbus, N.C., reported an incident of breaking and entering to a motor vehicle and larceny. The incident occurred on Lowe’s Boulevard in Forest City.
*Nikki Morrison, of Ellenboro Road in Mooresboro, reported an incident of damage to property. The incident occurred at the Tri-City Mall.
*Elizabeth Cheshire, of South Broadway Street in Forest City, reported an incident of larceny.
*An employee of Forest City Housing, located on East Spruce Street in Forest City, reported an incident of damage to property.
*Ronald Merrill, of Kentucky Street in Spindale, reported an incident of damage to property. The incident occurred on South Church Street in Forest City.
*An employee of Belk’s Department Store, located at the Tri-City Mall, reported an incident of vandalism.
*An employee of Wal-Mart, located on Plaza Drive in Forest City, reported an incident of larceny and injury to property. (See arrests of Stafford and Jones)

*Amy Curry, age 21, of Campbell Springs Road in Bostic was arrested for hit and run. Her bond was set at $1,000.00 unsecured.
*Wendy Stafford, age 30, of Gun Club Road in Bostic was arrested for larceny. Her bond was set at $5,000.00 unsecured.
*Jennifer Murray, age 23, of Harmon Street in Forest City was cited for 2nd degree trespassing. She received a written promise to appear.
*Brenda Jones, age 57, of Gun Club Road in Bostic was arrested for accessory after the fact. Her bond was set at $5,000.00 unsecured.
