*Levon Zacquerie Harley, age 44, of Bermilion Drive in Charlotte was arrested for attempt to obtain property by false pretenses and forgery of notes, checks and securities. His bond was set at $50,000.00 secured.
*Samantha Stamper, age 31, of Elms Drive in Rutherfordton was arrested for shoplifting by concealment. Her bond was set at $100.00 secured.
