*An employee of Ivey’s Pawn Shop, located on West Main Street in Forest City, reported an incident of obtain property by false pretenses.
*Alice Wells, of Bob Rollins Road in Forest City, reported an incident of damage to property.
*An employee of the Town of Forest City reported an incident of breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering. The incident occurred on Learning Parkway in Forest City.

*Elijah Geer, age 28, of Oakland Road in Rutherfordton was cited for begging. He received a written promise to appear.
*Martha Crawford, age 55, of Oakland Road in Rutherfordton was cited for begging. She received a written promise to appear.
*Debbie Keeter, age 49, of Holland Street in Forest City was cited for resist, obstruct and delay. She received a written promise to appear.
*Shawn McEntire, age 28, of Holland Street in Forest City was arrested on warrants for failure to comply and resisting a public officer. His bond was set at $1,500.00 secured.
*Lorcan Morris, age 27, of Cherry Mountain Street in Forest City was arrested on warrants for worthless checks and served with two show cause orders for failure to pay monies. His bond was set at a $500.00 unsecured.
