*Jose Cabrera, age 34, of West Main Street in Forest City was cited for a noise ordinance violation. He received a written promise to appear.
*Mark Allen Stevens, age 36, of McBrayer Court in Forest City was arrested on warrants for sexual battery and assault on a female. He received a $10,000.00 unsecured bond.
*Jeanne Wray, age 37, of Oakland Road in Forest City was cited for shoplifting and 2nd degree trespassing. She received a written promise to appear.
*Matthew Raines, age 20, of Walls Church Road in Ellenboro was arrested for provisional licensee and underage consumption of alcohol. He received a custody release.
*James Burnett, age 19, of Webb Road in Ellenboro was arrested for assault on a female and false imprisonment. He was placed on a 48 hour hold.
*Kwanshane Owenby, age 18, of Cone Street in Caroleen was arrested for larceny. He received a $500.00 unsecured bond.
*Joshua Rector, age 22, of Buck Collins Road in Forest City was arrested for attempt to obtain property by false pretenses and larceny. He received a $20,000.00 secured bond.
