*An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of a sexual offense. The incident occurred on Harmon Street in Forest City.
*An employee of Wal-Mart, located on Plaza Drive in Forest City, reported an incident of larceny. (See arrests of Carter and Price)
*Rachel McIntyre, of Beaver Street in Forest City, reported an incident of breaking and entering to an auto and larceny from same.
*Susan Messer, of Horton Drive in Forest City, reported an incident of breaking and entering to a storage building and larceny. The incident occurred on Daniel Road in Forest City.
*Christalyn McDowell, of South Church Street in Forest City, reported an incident of domestic assault, assault on a child and injury to property. (See arrest of Palmer)
*Katherine Simmons, of Hawthorne Road in Lancaster, SC reported an incident of breaking and entering to an auto and larceny from same.

*Tayra Price, age 17, of Hollywood Street in Forest City was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
*Tiquah Carter, age 16, of Chase High Road in Forest City was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
*Susan Palmer, age 31, of Horse Shoe Drive in Rutherfordton was arrested for simple assault, assault on a child and injury to real property. Her bond was set at $10,000.00 secured.
