*Ryan Poteat, age 44, of Flatwood Drive in Chesnee, SC was arrested for two counts of first degree sexual offense and one count of second degree rape. He received a $600,000.00 secured bond.
*Johnny Hunt, age 62, of Mercury Street in Forest City was arrested for boisterous shouting. He received a custody release.
*Mary Franks, age 18, of Ledford Road in Ellenboro was cited for shoplifting/concealment. She received a written promise to appear.
*John McGrath, age 46, of Camp Creek Road in Union Mills was cited for open container.
