*Jack Goode, of Goode’s Creek Road in Mooresboro, reported an incident of found property. The incident occurred on South Broadway Street in Forest City.
*Christopher Owens, of Loblolly Lane in Forest City, reported an incident of damage to property.
*Phyllis Washburn, of Doggett Road in Forest City, reported an incident of breaking and entering, larceny and damage to property.

*Thomas Greene, age 46, of Sunny Brook Lane in Ellenboro was arrested for obtain property by false pretenses. His bond was set at $15,000.00 secured.
*Summer Shores, age 23, of Country Haven Drive in Cowpens, SC was arrested for obtaining property by false pretenses. Her bond was set at $15,000.00.
*Letoya Twitty, age 17, of Pea Ridge Road in Rutherfordton was cited for shoplifting.
*Lena McKinney, age 42, of Meade Lane in Forest City was cited for littering.
*April Humphries, age 31, of Buck Collins Road in Forest City was arrested for larceny of fuel. She received a $1,000.00 unsecured bond.
*Bretton Norris, age 17, of Bethany Church Road in Forest City was arrested for larceny of fuel. He received a $1,000.00 unsecured bond.
*Codi Greene, age 20, of Cherry Mountain Street in Forest City was arrested for two counts of failure to appear, simple possession of marijuana and resisting a public officer. His bond was set at $7,000.00 secured.
