*Justin Roper, of Washington Street in Forest City, reported an incident of harassing phone calls.
*David Linder, of McCall Drive in Forest City, reported an incident of breaking and entering and larceny from a motor vehicle.
*Golden Lonnie Shelton, Jr., of Big Island Road in Rutherfordton, reported an incident of breaking and entering and larceny from a motor vehicle. The incident occurred on Frontage Road in Forest City.
*Alice Wells, of Bob Rollins Road in Forest City, reported an incident of damage to property.
*An employee of B&D Thrift and Loan, located on South Broadway Street in Forest City, reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses.

*Ulises Gonzalez Baustista, age 24, of Park Circle in Forest City was arrested for possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $9,000.00 secured.
*Ascencion Lopez, age 42, of Park Circle in Forest City was arrested for possession with intent to sell/deliver Schedule IV and maintaining a dwelling for the sell of narcotics. His bond was set at $5,000.00 secured.
*Barbara Ann Blanton, age 25, of Park Circle in Forest City was arrested for possession of Schedule IV. Her bond was set at $500.00 secured.
*Mario Vargas, age 40, of Wells Spring Road in Forest City was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
