*Kelly McLean, age 38, of Big Island Road in Rutherfordton was cited on two counts of selling a malt beverage to an underage person. She received a written promise to appear.
*Deborah Anderson, age 50, of Lautsa Circle in Forest City was arrested for shoplifting/concealment. She received an $800.00 secured bond.
*David Greene, age 47, of New House Road in Ellenboro was arrested for possession of Schedule II and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
*Lindsey Greene, age 18, of Amity Drive in Forest City was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a written promise to appear.
*Eric Dion Ray, age 28, of Robin Hood Drive in Forest City was arrested for larceny, breaking and entering and damage to property. His bond was set at $17,000.00 secured.
*Laura Gagner, age 42, of Bob Rollins Road in Forest City was served with a criminal summons for simple worthless checks. She received a written promise to appear.
