*An employee of Colonial Manor Healthcare reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretense. The incident occurred on Hardin Road in Forest City.
*An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of possession of toxic vapors substance and inhalation of same. The incident occurred on Plaza Drive in Forest City. (See arrest Mullinax)
*Michael Fortune, of McDaniel Street in Forest City, reported an incident of common law robbery.
*Sherri Jones, of Heritage Avenue in Forest City, reported an incident of breaking and entering and larceny.

*Donta Dion Laney, age 21, of Groce Street in Forest City was cited for second degree trespass.
*Nathan Allen Mullinax, age 23, of Cliffside Street in Mooresboro was arrested and charged with possession of toxic vapors substance and inhalation of same. He was given a custody release.
*Antonia Ray Suber, age 18, of Gold Medallion Street in Bostic was cited for possession of a schedule VI controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
*James Ricky Hamrick, age 43, of West Main Street in Forest City was arrested on an order for arrest for violation of a domestic violence protection order. He was given a 48 hour hold.
*Sylvia Kay Hargett, age 36, of West Main Street in Forest City was arrested on an order for arrest for violation of a domestic violence protection order. She was given a 48 hour hold.
