*An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of assault with a deadly weapon. The incident occurred on First Street in Forest City.
*Bobby Maloney, of Joe Bostic Road in Bostic, reported an incident of vandalism. The incident occurred on Greenfield Drive in Forest City.
*An employee of Wal-Mart, located on Plaza Drive in Forest City, reported an incident of larceny. (See arrest of Warner)
*Diane Nelson, of Dalehurst Drive in Forest City, reported an incident of a dog bite. The incident occurred on North Woodland Drive in Forest City.
*An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of breaking and entering, larceny and damage to property. The incident occurred on West Main Street in Forest City.

*Tammy Renae Robinson Price, age 48, of Thompson Street in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for assault and battery. She was given a written promise to appear in court.
*Alexis Queen Warner, age 16, of Doggett Road in Forest City, was arrested and charged with shoplifting/concealment. She was given a $500.00 unsecured bond.
*David Jeffrey Luckadoo, age 30, of Dillashaw Drive in Forest City, was arrested on an order for arrest for assault on a female. He was given a 48 hour hold.
