*Myron Melton, of Hardin Road in Forest City, reported an incident of breaking and entering a motor vehicle and larceny.
*Ralph Shaffer reported an incident of breaking and entering to a motor vehicle and larceny. The incident occurred on Plaza Drive in Forest City.

*Kenneth Hugh Humphries, Jr., age 34, of McDaniel Street in Forest City was arrested on a warrant for failure to pay child support. He was placed under a $1,000.00 secured bond.
*Richard Charles Dysart, age 29, of Old Henrietta Road in Henrietta was charged with larceny. He was placed under a $100.00 secured bond.
*Summer Hope Shores, age 23, of Country Haven Drive in Cowpens, S.C. was arrested for larceny. She was placed under a $1,000.00 secured bond.
*Joshua Jonathon Roberts, age 22, of Maple Creek Road in Rutherfordton was charged with larceny and attempted larceny. He was placed under a $2,000.00 secured bond.
*David Robert Powell, age 44, of Kelly Road in Forest City was arrested for driving while impaired, consuming in a vehicle and littering. He was given a custody release.
