*Iris Sechriest, age 74, of Carolina Avenue in Forest City reported an incident of breaking and entering to a motor vehicle and larceny.
*Linn Springer, age 49, of Carolina Avenue in Forest City reported an incident of breaking and entering to a motor vehicle.
*Cecil Geer, age 58, of McCall Drive in Forest City reported an incident of breaking and entering to a motor vehicle and larceny.
*An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of simple assault and assault on a female that occurred on Cherry Mountain Street. (See arrest of Daves and Daves)

*Kevin Thompson, age 38, of Old Wagy Road in Forest City was arrested for second degree trespass. He received a $500.00 unsecured bond.
*Julie Daves, age 36, of Cherry Mountain Street in Forest City was arrested for simple assault. She received 48 hr hold.
*Kenneth Daves, age 41, of Cherry Mountain Street in Forest City was arrested for assault on a female. He received a 48 hr hold.
*Corey Dubesko, age 22, of Horton Street in Caser, NC was arrested for felony breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, injury to real property, and injury to personal property. He received a $32,500.00 secured bond.
