Incidents
*An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of assault by pointing a gun and discharging a weapon within the city limits. The incident occurred on Dillashaw Drive in Forest City.
*Michael Lynch, of Miller Road in Forest City, reported an incident of a sexual offense. The incident is currently under investigation.

| Arrests
*Scottie O’Darrel Jones, age 25, of Old Henrietta Road in Henrietta was arrested for 2nd degree trespassing. His bond was set at $500.00 secured.
*John Mark Hastings, age 35, of Mature Lane in Lawndale, NC was arrested on warrants for breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, injury to personal property and injury to real property. His bond was set at $17,000.00 secured.
