*An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of animal cruelty. The incident occurred on Landis Street in Forest City. (See arrest of Landis)
*An employee of Wal-Mart, located on Plaza Drive in Forest City, reported an incident of concealment. (See arrest of Greene)
*Gloria Sims, of Hardin Road in Forest City, reported an incident of larceny from a person. (See arrest of Young)
*Russ Horne, of Webb Drive in Forest City, reported an incident of breaking and entering to a motor vehicle and larceny.
*An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of domestic assault. The incident occurred on Butler Road in Forest City. (See arrest of Epley)
*Curtis Sneathen, of South Meridian Street in Rutherfordton, reported the larceny of a 2009 Honda Accord, white in color four door. The incident occurred at Bubba’s Fun Park on US 74A.

*Chad Terrell Young, age 25, of Hardin Road in Forest City was arrested for larceny form a person. His bond was set at $11,000.00 secured.
*John Kalinowski, age 17, of Harrill Road in Forest City was cited for shoplifting by concealment. He received a written promise to appear.
*Carlos Almaraz, age 17, of Gemini Lane in Forest City was cited for shoplifting by concealment. He received a written promise to appear.
*Sarah Epley, age 19, of Butler Road in Forest City was arrested for domestic assault. She was placed on a 48 hour hold.
*Jennifer Greene, age 26, of Jennifer Drive in Forest City was cited for shoplifting by concealment. She received a written promise to appear.
*Margaret Welch, age 21, of Mountain View Street in Forest City was served with a criminal summons for larceny.
*William Tucker, age 29, of Mountain View Street in Forest City was served with a criminal summons for larceny.
*Casey Landis, age 22, of Landis Street in Forest City was arrested on a warrant for cruelty to animals. Her bond was set at $1,000.00 unsecured.
*Montavious Parks, age 18, of South Broadway Street in Forest City was arrested on warrants for assault by pointing a gun, discharging a firearm in the city limits and possession of a firearm by a felon. His bond was set at $40,000.00 secured.
