Incidents

*An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of damage to property. The incident occurred on Main Street in Forest City.

*An employee of Belk’s Department Store, located at the Tri-City Mall, reported an incident of shoplifting/concealment and larceny. (See arrest of Lynch)

*Phyllis Cole, of Wells Drive in Forest City, reported an incident of assault by pointing a gun.

Arrests

*Mae Lynch, age 52, of Owens Chapel Road in Union Mills was arrested for shoplifting/concealment and larceny. Her bond was set at $1,000.00 secured.

*Maurice Ramon Price, age 50, of Missouri Street in Spindale was arrested on a warrant for 1^st degree burglary. His bond was set at $50,000.00 secured.
