*Calvin Hill, age 42, of Springfield Drive in Forest City was arrested on a warrant for failure to return rental property. He received a written promise to appear.
*Larry Fowler, age 33, of McBrayer Court was arrested for possession of stolen property and give, lend or borrow a license plate. He received a $1,500.00 unsecured bond.
