*Bud Wilkie, age 63, of Withrow Road in Forest City reported an incident of damage to property.

*Alexander Schlutow, age 20, of South Church Street in Forest City reported an incident of a shooting.

Arrests

*Cameron Ratliff, age 17, of Crescent Drive in Forest City was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
