*Lewis Samuel Clark Jr., of Harmon St. in Forest City, reported an incident of breaking and entering, assault and battery and damage to property.
*Holly Mathis, of Capri Park Drive in Ellenboro, reported an incident of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle and larceny.

| Arrests
*Felix Rodriguez, age 26, of Hardin Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for no operator’s license. He received a $500.00 secured bond.
*Kathy McKinney McDowell, age 28, of Sherrill St. in Forest City, was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. She received a written promise to appear.
