*Andrea Williams, of Rutherfordton, and Robert Dobbins, of Mooresboro, reported an incident of assault with a deadly weapon and damage to property. (See arrest of Parker)
*An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of begging and trespassing. (See arrest of Jackson)

| Arrests
*Connie McDowell, of Old Castle Lane in Forest City, was cited for common law forgery. She received a citation and was released at the scene.
*Benjamin Parker, of Emerald Hill Drive in Forest City, was arrested for disorderly conduct by fighting, damage to property and assault with a deadly weapon. He received a $1,500.00 secured bond.
*Larry Jackson, of W. Spruce Street in Forest City, was arrested for begging and trespassing.
