*Angela Dewberry, age 50, of Dixie Trail Dr. in Forest City, reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretense that occurred at Big Time Video.

*David Boyd Jr., age 63, of Old River Rd. in Greenville, NC, was cited for peddling without a permit.
*Michael Darian Duncan, age 42, of Quinn Rd. in Forest City, was cited for driving while impaired and reckless driving.
*Charles Raymond Slayton, age 53, of Reid St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of stolen property. He was given a custody release.
*Dennis Ray Brymer, age 57, of Groce St. in Forest City, was arrested for second degree trespassing and communicating threats. He was given a $1,000 secured bond.
*Michael Lee Anthony Brunson, age 23, of US Hwy 221S in Forest City, was arrested for manufacturing marijuana and simple worthless check. He was given a $5,100 secured bond.
