*An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of a narcotics violation that occurred on East Main St.
*An employee of Ollie’s Bargain Outlet reported an incident of larceny.
*An officer of Forest City Police Department reported an incident of suspicious activity and possible possession of stolen property.

| Arrests
*Ruth Bailey Hice, age 39, of Franklin Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested for failure to appear. She was given a $500 secured bond.
*Richard Ray Waters, age 21, of McDade Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for probation violation. He was given a $5,000 secured bond.
*Phillip Lee Hardin, age 20, of Laurel Ave. in Forest City, was arrested for failure to appear and was served with a show cause order for failure to pay money. He was given a $500 secured bond.
*Bradley Lynn Wilkerson, age 38, of Cleghorn Mill Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for violation of a domestic violence protective order. He was given a 48 hour hold.
